Many people wonder about the essiac side effects they may experience. Luckily, the side effects from essiac are minimal and generally well tolerated. This is because essiac tea is designed to be a slow, gentle detox rather than a quick fix. 

Essiac Tea Has Just One Side Effect For the Average User

The only essiac side effect that has been substantiated is an increased frequency of needing to use the restroom. What if I Notice Other Side Effects?

We can't speak to the experience every single person will have when they try something new. However, know that we have been working with this tea for over 30 years. It's exceedingly rare for any other side effects to be reported.

Oftentimes what is happening is someone guesses that what they are dealing with is a side effect from essiac, but it turns out what they noticed was a coincidence. That said, in very rare cases we have heard folks mention that they felt nautious when taking this tea. In that case, adding stevia or unsweetened fruit or vegetable juice usually helps.
